Step3. Pick out what you prefer

You can find your desired items on our website www.dress-shop.com easily or you can check "live help" or click "contact us" to contact us to help your selection.

Step4. Add to cart

When finding the items you will order, you just need to enter the size and color and then click "add to cart"

Step5. Confirm billing address and delivery address

There are summaries when you "add to cart" to re-confirm all your order details. And then please confirm your address.

Step6. Choose delivery

You can choose EMS or TNT or DHL or UPS or FedEx to ship your order. Or our service can help to find the best shipping method for your selection.

Step7. Pay

You can pay by bank wire transfer, western union, credit card or PayPal.

For instant payment

a) Payment received from your PayPal account

b) We will send you order confirmation by email within 24 hours after getting payment

c) You can email us back to confirm within 5 days after payment time ( our system will automatically confirm your order after 5 days from the date we have received your payment, and your order can not be accepted by any return, exchange and refund under any condition. And you can not change anything after confirmation you have made for all your orders)

A. we will make your dress(es) within next 20 to 30 business days according to confirmation email

B. we will ship your dress(es) according to shipping details you have given on your order by express company and will email you tracking number

For pending payment

a) if you use PayPal

1) We will send you order confirmation by email within 24 hours after getting your order

2) Please kindly confirm your order before receiving your payment from PayPal check payment (you can not change anything after confirmation you have made for all your orders)

3) We will make your dress (es) after getting your payment according to your confirmation email or system automatic confirmation within next 20 business days

4) We will ship your dress (es) according to shipping details you have given on your order by express company and will email you tracking number

b) if you use western union (www.westernunion.com)

1) We will send you order confirmation by email within 24 hours after getting your order

2) Please send us MTCN ( Money Transfer Control Number) and sender's first name and last name for us to receive your full amount ( it is better for you to track it on www.westernunion.com to see whether your payment have been processed by western union office or not)

3) We will make your dress (es) after getting your payment according to confirmation email within next 20 business days

4) We will ship your dress (es) according to shipping details you have given on your order by express company and will email you tracking number

Step8. Check confirmation in loginned e-mail box

When your order is placed successfully, please kindly check your registered email to find your "Order Confirmation" email sent from service@dress-shop.com within 24 hours. If you did not get it, please email us immediately. It is very important!

Step9. Get agreement on all details

All orders must be confirmed within 5 days after we get full payment of your order. Otherwise, our system will change your order status automatically into "making your order" without any return, exchange and refund under any conditions, which are only for already paid orders. Please consider this carefully and if you have any questions, please contact us without any hesitation.

Step10. Production

We will make and sew your dress(es)within 30 working days according to confirmation email stated and will not accept any exchange, refund and return under any circumstances.

Step11. Ship

We will ship your order within 15 working days (According to your shipping and delivery method) after we finish the production. We will recheck all the details of your order, including order styles, colors, sizes and shipping methods strictly according to confirmation email. Our customer service will send you the tracking number of the shipping for you to track online in person and we will also change your order status to be "shipped".
